Return Policy:

All sales are final. 


Replacement

We do replace items that are received damaged or flawed. Simply send a photo of the damaged or flawed product within 7 days of receiving your product to braesepulvedaphoto@gmail.com and we will be able to ship another one at no cost. 



Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, like specialized sizes, custom borders, etc.),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
